2. Products & Availability

Our products are either made-to-order or ready-to-ship. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, availability cannot always be guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products, designs, or collections without prior notice. Please note that due to the nature of production, slight variations in size, fit, or color may occur, which should not be considered defects.

 

 

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment details provided are valid and authorized.

 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship worldwide. Average delivery times are between 7–15 business days, depending on the destination. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. GODZEAL is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or held by customs.

Once an order is shipped, ownership and risk of the goods pass to the customer. Tracking information will be provided where available.

 

 

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your GODZEAL purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. We cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges are not offered. If you need a different size or style, you must request a refund and place a new order.

All content on this website — including designs, logos, graphics, and written material — is the sole property of GODZEAL. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

GODZEAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order placed. We do not accept liability for shipping delays, courier errors, or issues caused by customs regulations.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with international e-commerce practices and applicable laws. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
