Please Understand: Made-to-Order Items

 

We Accept Returns/Exchanges For:

  • Manufacturing defects (misprints, tears, damage on arrival)

  • Incorrect items received (wrong size, wrong design, wrong color)

  • Orders damaged during shipping (with photo proof)

 

We Do Not Accept Returns/Exchanges For:

  • Change of mind after the order is produced

  • Choosing the wrong size or fit

  • Personal preference issues (e.g., “didn’t like the fit or style”)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items washed or used

Important (Every product page includes an accurate size chart. Please review it before ordering)

 

How to Request Return.

  1. Contact Us First

    Please email us at support@godzeal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number

  2. Return Approval

  • Once approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

  • Do not send items back without approval—unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.

  1. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • We cannot accept worn, altered, stained, or damaged items.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method in the same currency within 7 to 14 days.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Deliberately damaged items

  • Orders returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Items made correctly according to the design that the customer simply changed their mind about
